Pickzkart.com Return/Replacement/Refund Policy

Most of the Items purchased from sellers listed on www.pickzkart.com are returnable within the return window, except those that are identified and noted as not returnable products.

Information of the Return/Replacement/Refund Policy are as detailed below.

1. Return / Replacement / Refund Policy

Every product sold on Pickzkart should be brand new and 100% genuine. Pickzkart’s Return Policy covers the Buyer against ‘damaged’, ‘defective’ products.

In case the product to be returned is not in stock or has been permanently discontinued, the refund for the entire product will be provided by the Seller.

Buyers can raise a request for return, replacement/exchange or refund within the return guarantee period post order delivery or post installation (wherever applicable) as stated below:

       
  • Buyers will be able to return products within 10 or 30 days of delivery/installation across all Categories.
  •        
  • Only for Clothing, Footwear, Watches, Eyewear, Fashion Accessories and Fashion Jewellery categories, Buyers will still be able to return products within 30 days of purchase delivery.
  •        
  • Consumable, perishable products (i.e. software , personal care, innerwear as mentioned in the Return Policy - Categorywise) are not included or have no returns policy.
  • No disputes or complaints shall be accepted by the seller if any of the returns overcome the above-mentioned circumstances.        

  • Every Product comes with a different Return Policy model irrespective of being in same or different category. Please Refer to the detailed information of applicable return/replacement policy of every category/product listed below.

  • In case of customer returns, Sellers shall be charged shipping fee, reverse shipping fee, collection fee and pick-pack fee and any installation charges charged to the customer by any installation service provider as damages to the customer. Commission and fixed fees will not be charged on any customer return.
  • Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on Pickzkart.com.

    For Any Large Appliances where Installation is required and if there is a dispute or Issue Reported, (Products Like Television, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Microwave, Laptop, Smartphone etc), Pickzkart will evaluate the report and will arrange a Technician Visit based on the company terms for quick resolution.

    Return will be processed or Initiated only if the evaluated report comes up as Product Damage during Shipment or anywhere but not at your procession or the shipped product is different from what has been ordered or the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

    Pickzkart shall not be liable for any personal information or storage for the electronic device or product you wish to return. Please ensure that all data has been removed before the return is initiated.

    Products listed as Non-Returnable are not eligible for Returns. Details of the Non-Returnable products are listed below.

    Replacement of any Product will be applicable only if the same seller has the exact item to replace. If not available, a refund for the same will be processed. Based on the Replacement request from any customer, the respective seller will be responsible to replace based on the stock availability.

    Note: If by any chance you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact www.pickzkart.com within 12 days from the delivery of the product to evaluate the same.

    Return’s Management:

    In lined with the Return Policy, if any Return request is received, the same shall be processed as a replacement if asked for a replacement based on the stock availability from the same seller or a Refund will be processed. Pickzkart will put all efforts to deliver the returned product within 15 days from the date of return receipt. If no Return is received within 45 days from the date of return approved, Seller shall be paid for the product as per the Pickzkart Pricing policy and Pickzkart shall have no liability to return the seller the product again.

    Return Request Raised

    Pickzkart gives the liberty to the buyer to directly call the Customer Support Toll Free to raise a Return Request or can do it from the Pickzkart website User Account. Upon Raising a Request a Notification will be in receipt of the details of the return request raised with all the details of the product.

    Pickzkart shall reserve the right to Authorize any returns upon pre evaluation based on case to case basis. Based on the the evaluation of the same, Pickzkart shall get the pold shipment and refund the buyer or can replace the new product by getting the old shipment back. Pickzkart Valuation team will have the right to decide on the returns/refunds/replacements on order to order basis.

    Returns of Large Appliances:

    All Large Appliances are eligible for free replacement, within 10 days of delivery, based on the conditions of the product if damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you. Accessories missing or broken: Any accessory of the sales package is missing or damaged/not working.

    You will have to keep the item in its original condition, with user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

    If you report an issue with your Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine or Microwave, we may schedule a technician visit to your location. On the basis of the technician's evaluation report, we will provide resolution.

    Returns under Precious Jewellery

    Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, following are the terms and conditions that shall govern the returns for precious jewellery.

           
  • All products under this category will be eligible for returns (subject to Pickzkart’s prior approval) or replacement upto a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the order. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, coins shall not be eligible for return.
  •        
  • Refund requests shall be processed subject to Seller’s discretion and in cases where the Seller does not agree for a refund, the item shall be replaced by the Seller.
  • Return Pick Up Checklist:

  • Packaging: Product’s original packaging must be preserved undamaged
  • Return Request from Buyer:

    A Return can be requested by any buyer based on successful product delivery. Upon product delivery if the buyer found the delivered product Damaged or Defective or Not the actual product ordered or Product No as described by the seller, he/she can request for either a replacement/return with zero cost. All replacement will be based on the product availability with the same seller. If the product is Out of stock a Refund will be provided to the buyer. Return/Replacement/Refund are subject to defined terms and conditions and will vary based on the product categories.

    Return to Origin (Logistics):

    Returns from logistics happen due to buyer not available for product delivery. Upon 3 successful attempts to deliver the product, products will be Returned to Origin and the shipment will be marked as RTO. The Order will be considered as cancelled upon receipt as return. For Shipments returned Undelivered, the refund will be processed automatically to the buyer with no request or conditions

    Delay in shipments will have high chances of buyer cancelling the orders. If the buyer cancels the order once the product shipment is done it will also be considered as RTO and the package will be returned to the seller.

           
  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, cancellation by the Buyers for products falling under the category of precious jewellery valued above INR 50,000/- shall not be allowed once the shipment has been dispatched.
  • Charges on Returns

    If the Buyer returns the product, seller will be charged with the Shipping fee, Reverse Shipping fee, Collection fee and any of the other changes charged to the customer in case of Large appliances based on installations or any. Commission and fixed fees will not be charged on any return by the Buyers.

    Non-Eligibility of Returns on Products for buyers:

    Buyers cannot opt for return on certain products where there are no returns. Below are the details of the same.

    Upon raising a Return request, Buyer has to follow the terms as defined to accept the return package. All Return Packages will be checked which has to meet the defined conditions without fail.

    Product should match the same as it is delivered with complete visibility of all the product specifications.

    Every Items and accessories received along with the package at the time of product delivery has to be produced.

    The product has to be New in condition as what it was received with no stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/Laptop/Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern, or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.

    The Original Box should not be damaged. Product has to be in Unused condition with all accessories (on Electronics and Mobile devices) in new condition.
